8 minutes and 11 seconds, the team power shine - Kaki House children's clothing team 2010 expansion activities small note

On a bright morning, the Kach House Fashion Children's Clothing Company's Human Resources Department organized an experiential training session titled "Cultivating Temperament, Enhancing Personality, and Forging a Strong Team." The event was designed to bring employees together in a natural setting, using activities as tools for learning. The core idea was to foster personal growth, strengthen team bonds, and enhance organizational energy through hands-on experiences. The training took place at the Guangzhou Golden Eagle Training Base, where employees engaged in various challenging activities such as card-reading, rock climbing, beach landing, high-altitude elements, and the final challenge—the graduation wall. These activities were not only fun but also aimed at pushing individuals beyond their limits, encouraging them to face fear, embrace teamwork, and build trust. One employee described the high-altitude challenge: “Climbing 10 meters above the ground, standing on a disc only 30 centimeters wide, balancing without any support, then jumping to grab a bar 2 meters high and 1 meter away. My ears were ringing, my vision blurred, and the disk beneath me felt like it was swaying. But with encouragement from my colleagues, I found the courage to jump. Though I was safely harnessed, my legs trembled and my palms were sweaty. But I knew I had to go through it. With a deep breath, I jumped and grabbed the bar. It was one of the proudest moments of my life.” The final activity, the 4.2-meter graduation wall, tested both physical strength and mental determination. The team had to rely entirely on each other, forming a human wall to lift everyone over. The coach emphasized strict rules: silence during the process and no one left behind. After some initial hesitation, the team came together, assigned roles, and worked in perfect coordination. Four boys formed the base, while others provided support from behind. Despite the exhaustion, sweat, and trembling legs, they pushed forward. In just 8 minutes and 11 seconds, the entire team crossed the wall, celebrating with joy, cheers, and tears of pride. In the end, the experience wasn’t just about overcoming challenges—it was about discovering the strength within and the power of unity. As the day ended, everyone reflected on what they had learned: that with a positive mindset, strong will, and the support of teammates, anything is possible. This training not only boosted confidence and team cohesion but also reminded them that even in the face of storms, they could stand tall together.
