8 minutes and 11 seconds, the team power shine - Kaki House children's clothing team 2010 expansion activities small note

Kach House, a children's fashion company, recently organized an experiential training session for all employees under the theme of "Cultivating Temperament, Enhancing Personality, and Forging Team Spirit." The event took place at the Guangzhou Golden Eagle Training Base, where participants engaged in a series of outdoor activities designed to foster personal growth, team collaboration, and a deeper connection with nature. With the goal of enhancing both individual and organizational energy through hands-on learning, the training aimed to spark curiosity, ignite enthusiasm, and build a stronger sense of unity among staff. At 9 a.m., under the warm morning sun, employees arrived at the base and quickly got into the spirit of the day. Under the guidance of professional coaches, they participated in various challenges such as card-reading, rock climbing, beach landing, high-altitude obstacles, and the final challenge—the graduation wall. Each activity was not only fun but also deeply meaningful, pushing participants to confront their fears, trust their teammates, and push beyond their limits. One employee shared his experience on the high-altitude bar: “Standing 10 meters above the ground on a disc just 30 centimeters wide, I had to balance myself without any external support. Then, I had to jump and grab a bar 2 meters high, 1 meter ahead of me. My ears were ringing, my vision blurred, and the disk beneath me felt like it was swaying. But I couldn’t think of anything else except jumping. Even though I was secured by a safety rope that could hold two tons, and even though I knew I could do it on the ground, standing there made my legs weak and my palms sweaty. But then I heard my colleagues cheering me on, and I felt their support behind me. I took a deep breath and jumped. I grabbed the bar, and at that moment, I felt incredibly proud.” The final challenge, the 4.2-meter graduation wall, tested the entire team’s strength and unity. Without any focus on how to climb, every member had to rely on the human wall to be lifted over. The coach set strict rules: the team must stay quiet and complete the task together. At first, many were unsure if they could succeed. After a quick team discussion, four boys volunteered to be the ladder, while others provided protection from behind. The process was intense—each step was hard, sweat dripped down, and legs trembled with exhaustion. Yet, the team’s determination and mutual support kept them going. In just 8 minutes and 11 seconds, everyone crossed the wall. The moment the coach announced the finish, the air was filled with cheers, laughter, and emotion. Many boys had swollen shoulders and arms, but they wore them proudly. In the final reflection, many girls had tears in their eyes. One day had passed, but the impact was lasting. The team had shown courage, trust, and resilience. Through this training, they not only challenged themselves but also strengthened their bond. Although we may not control the unpredictable forces of nature, with a positive mindset, strong willpower, and the support of our colleagues, we can overcome any obstacle. This training wasn’t just about physical challenges—it was about building confidence, unity, and a calm, resilient heart ready to face any storm.
