Huang Business Institute investigated and sold a counterfeit brand-name sports shoes shop

On September 20, the Huangwu Business and Industry Administration received a tip-off from the public regarding counterfeit Li-Ning sports shoes being sold in a clothing market near Ludong University. Acting swiftly, the industrial and commercial inspection team arrived at the scene to conduct a detailed investigation. During the on-site inspection, they discovered a clothing store that was selling Li-Ning branded athletic shoes. The staff requested the shop owner to present the product's certification and purchase invoices for verification. However, the store failed to provide valid documentation, raising suspicions of trademark infringement. As a result, the inspectors confiscated 15 pairs of Li-Ning shoes that were suspected to be counterfeit.
