The state announces 2015 Xinjiang cotton target price

The National Development and Reform Commission released news yesterday evening that in 2015, the country will continue to implement the pilot reform of cotton target prices in Xinjiang. Taking into account factors such as the cost of production of cotton and the market supply and demand, approved by the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission released the target price for Xinjiang cotton in 2015 at 19,100 yuan per ton.
